Your private calendar link

On your iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste it once. Apple Calendar refreshes it on its own schedule; changes made inside Apple Calendar do not flow back.

Week starts on

Monday rollover Unfinished planned items return to their buckets when a new week begins.

Sorting is done by AI: when you type or say several things at once, your AI splits them up, picks a bucket for each, and spots people, days, and times. You check everything before it’s filed.

Provider

House rules for the sorter

One rule per line — edit or delete lines right in the file, then Save file.

Saved rules ride along in every sort’s briefing, so the AI sorts the way your house actually talks. Open the file anytime to edit them.

With AI sorting on, only the text you ask it to sort (plus your bucket and people names) is sent to Google through your Firebase project. If it can’t be reached, the dump is split plainly and clearly marked unsorted, so you can fix the buckets yourself.

Checking storage…

A backup holds your buckets, items, verses, and settings — everything in one file.

Everything you write in Gather is kept on this device. If you sign in, it also syncs to your own private account — only you can open it. If you clear this browser’s stored data, the copy on this device will be cleared too.

Add Gather to your Home Screen for one-tap opening: tap ⎙ Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
